About Us:
Domain Concepts was formed in 2001 to work with organisations in order to define and realise their
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) aspirations. Domain Concepts has extensive
experience of the lifecycle required to deliver these aspirations and we specialise in business goal
defintion, strategy development, business case development, business process development,
structured business analysis, systems development and deployment.
We have experience of a wide variety of market sectors such as: Financial, media, insurance,
motoring and transport. We have worked successfully with a number of high profile blue chip clients
in the UK, Europe and in the USA.
We have worked extensively with many consultancies, providing them and their clients with
expertise in either domain or product specific areas, such as Chordiant Software Inc., SAP and
Lagan using their CRM solutions.
Domain Concepts advocates the use of industry standards, processes and methodologies used in
conjunction with 'Best Practice' during any client engagement. We have comprehensive knowledge
of project management methodologies (Prince II), incremental and iterative delivery (Agile), Process
modelling methods and standards (Lean SIx Sigma, BPMN) , the Universal Modelling Language
(UML), Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM).
